C’est avec cet argument que les Collectivités Territoriales Décentralisées (CTD) sollicitent une augmentation des transferts qui leur sont attribués.... dans la loi de finances 2018, le budget prévu pour les CTD a augmenté de 3,2%. En outre, ces Collectivités peuvent recevoir directement des appuis de l’extérieur, grâce à la coopération décentralisée.

They’re under the influence of preachers from Pakistan, building mosques and madrassas everywhere, without government authorization,” says the imam, whose wife does not wear a veil.
